Hasco America Inc. highlights its hot runner plug and socket inserts to reduce wiring times. Through the elimination of time-consuming screwing operations during wiring in the wiring box, cable assembly can be carried out in just a few seconds.
The product line of the plug inserts H12292 and socket inserts H12242 with effective snap mechanism supplements the company’s industry standard range with screw mechanism.
As with all plug inserts, the insulated cable ends must be provided in advance with cable lugs. The cable end is then pushed into the provided opening and the mechanism is activated, leading to immediate fixing of the cable. It is opened by lifting up the mechanism on the side with a flat-blade screwdriver.
The simple, tool-free assembly enables correct wiring of the mold with one hand. The clampable wires cover all cable cross-sections from 0.25-2.5 mm².
All new plug inserts H12292 and socket inserts H12242 are compatible in terms of assembly with the previous inserts H1229, H12290, H1224 and H12240 and can be replaced without the need for any further measures.
