Florian Fischer serves as the head of service and solutions at Forward AM. With a background in polymer chemistry, he obtained his Ph.D. from the University of Stuttgart. Prior to joining Forward AM, Florian gained valuable experience in additive manufacturing during his tenure at Bosch. In his current role, he leads a team dedicated to engineering services, including Ultraism3D and digital solutions, as well as post-processing.

Eric Bowersox

Director, Beaumont Advanced Processing

Eric Bowersox is a distinguished professional in the injection molding industry, with a career marked by a series of impactful roles and a deep commitment to advancing his field. He earned his bachelor's degree in plastics engineering technology from Pennsylvania State University.

Eric’s career began as a mold designer where he honed his skills in creating and optimizing molds for various applications. His journey continued as a process engineer and, eventually, he took on the role of process engineering manager. In this role, he was responsible for leading teams and projects with a focus on efficiency and innovation.

Today, Eric serves as the director of Beaumont advanced processing, a key division of the Beaumont Group. In this capacity, he oversees the division of the company responsible for translating the overall organization’s teachings, consulting services and developmental strategies into practical applications. This includes managing production, tooling and material characterization services to ensure that theoretical advancements are realized in real-world settings.
