We all know communication is the key to every relationship--at home, with friends and at work. Bad communication is the cause of most problems and good communication is the solution to most. The number of new houses started in the U.S. in June posted its highest monthly total in four years. The June tally was 25% stronger than the same month in 2011. For the year to date, the number of new houses started in 2012 is up 27% when compared with the first six months of last year. All of this should come as welcome news.

In a display case, that is. At Waukesha County Technical College (WCTC) in Wisconsin, but not the magazine, our popular "Top 10 Reasons to Be a Moldmaker" T-shirts. But hey, exposure is exposure, right! Selfishly for MMT, but more importantly for mold manufacturing in general, and to some future moldmakers possibly! Bob Novak, a full-time Instructor at WCTC since 1990 who guides the Tool and Die/Moldmaking program, displayed the shirts in the case, which faces the hall of the Plastics Lab.
