Gesswein & Company offers the Power Hand 3 controller, which comes with several new features, such as convenient on/off switch on each motor case, higher torque output for heavier grinding, and slim lightweight handpiece cable. The controller features a load indicator light to warn operator of excessive pressure, and weighs approximately 6 lbs. Many other Power Hand 3 handpieces are available with rotary from 8,000 rpm to 55,000 rpm as well as profilers and specialty heads. Users can design exactly what they need with this versatile, interchangeable system.
The company also offers the BZX belt sander, which can be used for deburring, removing EDM and machine tool marks, and sanding flat and curved surfaces and narrow slots. The belt sander operates with minimal vibration and has flexible power cord for easy reach. It is supplied with straight and 45 degree angle arms for 6 and 8 mm wide abrasive belts, and arms are spring-loaded for rapid belt changes. The belt sander weighs 16 oz. and is made in Japan.
