Hydraulic Clamping Cylinders Offer More Reliable Mold Connections
Hasco offers a broad range of double-clamping cylinders in different dimensions that are suitable for individual applications.
Hasco’s double-acting clamping cylinder products, Z23500, Z23501 and Z23502 enable greater flexibility in their positioning and attachment to the injection mold and offer enhanced functional safety and reliability; through the force generation on both sides, core pulls and slides can be reliably moved backwards and forwards, and mechanical stroke is limited.
Further, the clamping cylinders can be used for pressures between 60 and 500 bar (870-7250 psi) as well as for temperatures of up to 150°C (302°F). The sealing kits Z2352 and O-rings Z98 are readily available as spare parts.
Additionally, the hardened adapters, Z2351, offered in hot-working steel, supplement the comprehensive clamping cylinder range. The adapters enable simplified, reliable and functional connections between hydraulic cylinders and components in injection molds. Three new sizes have now been added to this product lineup.
