Standard Hot Runner Cable Range Extension
Hasco is now offering its H12251 cable in two different lengths and four different wiring standards.
Hasco hot runner is now offering additional cable options in the industry standard. While the premium cable H1225 continues to be popular, Hasco customers can, with immediate effect, also obtain standard cables with a wider selection of wiring standards and cable lengths.
H1225 is designed to guarantee maximum control accuracy. It is said to combine the best possible screening of the thermocouple wires from external interference with wiring that conforms to the DIN 16765 standard, and a continuous control section of Fe/CuNi. The silicone sheath prevents chemical attack and mechanical abrasion.
With the addition of the standard cable H12251 to the range, it is now possible to choose two different lengths (3 m or 6 m) from four different wiring standards. The PVC covering and the shield inside around the thermocouple wiring are designed to prevent electromagnetic interference and also make these cables long lasting for reliable production.
There is now a choice in the standard segment between the wiring options — Type 1, the Hasco standard; Type 2, power and thermocouple separate in 24-pole; Type 3, cable with Euromap 14 wiring, power and thermocouple separate in 16-pole; and Type 4, alternating power and thermocouple.
The extended range of standard cables is rounded off by a relatively favorable cost/benefit ratio.
