RJG, a company that offers custom, end-to-end injection molding solutions, is offering free injection molding training videos at its K Show 2022 booth (Hall 13/booth C30). Attendees have the opportunity to learn helpful injection molding tips in all languages (with English subtitles), see each of RJG’s global training facilities and get to know the company’s trainers from around the world.

RJG’s online and in-person injection molding training is available worldwide in various languages and locations. New online training options make it easier than ever to gain the knowledge necessary to bridge the skills gap, produce high-quality parts, raise the bottom line and improve employee retention, according to the company. RJG offers two types of online training: eLearning and Virtual Instructor Led Training.

ELearning courses enable attendees to move at their own pace, participate in interactive activities, pause and resume anytime, review past sections and test their knowledge with quizzes.

Virtual instructor Led Training offers the traditional live, instructor-led training from the comfort of home (or office). An expert RJG trainer will lead the course and encourage live participant interaction without the need to travel.

RJG is also offering hands-on demonstrations of the CoPilot system, said to be the injection molding industry’s latest process control system that offers complete visibility and traceability in a user-friendly platform. CoPilot enables users to control processes; reduce scrap, downtime and costs; receive real-time notifications when a process strays; gather shot-to-shot data; automatically sort suspect parts; and more.

In addition, attendees are able to view The Hub networking system in action and see how it connects to CoPilot systems across the plant floor. The Hub collects data from all of the CoPilots and provides easy-to-read, advanced analytics from anywhere in the world. Features include the ability to make data-driven decisions; reduce risk by ensuring the quality of every part; automate job audit reports; and launch tools faster.

The K Show runs October 19-26, 2022 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
