INCOE Corp. introduces the GSC2mini. It is designed for applications that do not require tight tolerances. INCOE’s new version GSC2mini Valve Gate Sequence Controller can identify and control the sequential status of as many as eight gates. The compact, lightweight, timer-based, hydraulically or pneumatically actuated sequencing controller is ideal for valve-gated applications that do not require sensors or linear transducer control. It is compatible with applications for maintenance tool rooms, mold tryouts and sequential molding.
INCOE says that benefits include affordability, flexibility, ease of use and quick delivery. Three advanced modes of operation include Mode A, Mode B and Mode B2. In Mode A, users can set the delay time only for each gate. All gates will remain open during injection cycle. In Mode B, users can set the delay and open time for each gate. In Mode B2, users can set delay and open times for each gate. INCOE says that the GSC2mini is easy to program. In addition, the company says that delivery is available within days in most cases.
