F&S Tool Appointed as NEW Ritemp® Medical Market Technology Development Center

F&S Tool, Inc. announced today that it has formalized an agreement with Ritemp® Technologies Pty. Ltd. (Australia), through its exclusive agent yGRENE™ Technologies Inc., as a designated TDC (Technology Development Center) for the Medical Market.

This designation provides commercial advantages for F&S Tool clients to collaborate with, and develop application solutions using the patented Ritemp® evaporative cooling technology for injection molds. The advantages it provides to customers is consistent with other Ritemp™ designated TDC’s.

"F&S Tool understands clearly that clients require a competitive advantage to help justify investments to reach and or maintain, market leadership status in their respective segments,” stated JD Faulkner, CEO of F&S Tool. “Customer interest is extremely high and the decision process to embrace Ritemp® is relatively fast. This was a natural and “synergistic” fit with our mission to provide cost effective solutions to the global market.”

“Sustainability initiatives of global OEM’s and molders alike are finally taking center stage,” stated Scott Molnar, President yGRENE™ Technologies, Inc. “We have proven time and again that significantly reduced cycle times can be achieved using less energy and minimal water requirements of only 3 GPM’s. Additional benefits of improved dimensional stability, faster start-ups, and improved part quality are equally important. This provides quantifiable savings and a quick ROI for F&S clients, and all with reduced CAPEX requirements.”

Of additional benefit, F&S Tool is already engaged in tool builds that incorporate Ritemp® into the hot runner systems, as well as the cold half portion of the solution. This all translates into serious market advantages for clients.

A working demonstration of F&S’s total medical solution, including post mold handling with yAUTOMATION™, and a complete Ritemp®  mold, will be showcased to clients on an “invitation only” basis. Details of the solution and processing results are being compiled at this time and will be provided in an upcoming Press Release.
