Wisconsin-based Vincent Tool specializes in building custom injection mold bases, which the company will be showcasing at Amerimold 2021 in September. The company says its programmers and machinists also utilize modern CNC machining centers and up-to-date computer software to ensure high-quality products at competitive rates. Additional services are offered including surface grinding, roughing inserts, end-of-arm tooling and CMM fixtures.
A recent building expansion, which doubled the company’s square footage dedicated to machining, is just one way it is accommodating customers, Vincent Tool says, allowing for greater volume capabilities and condensed lead times. Vincent Tool also makes annual investment in new CNCs with increasingly advanced controls and functions; two new CNC mills and a surface grinder have been added since the recent completion of its building addition. Advanced equipment updates includes a Makino, a four-axis and a two-pallet CNC machine that enables the company’s machinist to work on three sides of a mold base in one setup, further reducing lead time. Overall, Vincent Tool notes that its focus on updated technology and advanced equipment optimizes its machinists skills so its team can exceed customer expectations.
Vincent Tool strongly believes in maintaining active partnerships with local schools that make it possible for the company to expand its talented workforce. The company says it continues to demonstrate this commitment by investing in the machine tool program equipment and curriculum at the high school and tech school levels. These efforts help to build a stronger workforce, Vincent Tool notes, and this dedication to continuous improvement is another way it can provide value to its customers.
