Hasco America’s Primezone H1281 hot runner control unit, which offers moldmakers control accuracy, intuitive ease of operation and comprehensive diagnostic functions, has received a software update to increase ease of operation.
By means of a new “group and select function,” Hasco says the controller can be parametrized and adjusted to new process conditions very quickly. The possibility of external control has also been extended by two functions: In addition to standby operation, the boost and the zone heaters are able to be activated by an external signal. The cost-free update is installed via the USB connection.
A 10" touch screen display offers a clear overview of all functions and allows easy operation of the controller. Innovative operating functions support the user during input at all navigation levels.
Four models are currently available, from 6 to 96 control zones. Three desktop versions, 6 to 48 zones and a floor-standing mobile version for 64 to 96 zones are also offered.
