Hirschmann Engineering displayed the Kohn ZSS 80 AUT self-centering vise. Designed for use with all zero-point clamping systems, it is available in two bed lengths and clamping ranges. Built for medium-size and large workpieces, the vise is said to be lightweight enough for mid-range robotic systems. The vise features reversible, two-stepped jaw attachments with grip bars for non-machined surfaces and has a centering accuracy of ±0.02 mm. The vise can be mounted directly to the machine or used with the company’s 9000 pallet system.
