Hasco America’s ejector assembly securing system Z732 guarantees damage-free transport of injection molding tools, incorporating a magnet solution to effectively secure the ejector assembly from potential movement and release it via an encapsulated securing pin without the need for additional tools.

Installed in the riser area, a securing pin is positioned in the locking position so that it extends into the free space in front of the ejector assembly. This reliably avoids damage to mold cavities, Hasco points out. The ejector assembly securing system can be adjusted individually to any molding tool by cutting the securing pin to the right length.

The system is available in two sizes and is temperature resistant up to 80°C.
