iD Additives, Inc. introduces a system for removing rust from internal cooling passages. The product is ideal for use with the company’s rust removal and preventative product, iD Eco-Pro 360, which provides fast, eco-friendly rust removal on injection molds, blown film dies and other products. It can also be used with other liquid cleaning agents.
The iD Eco-Pro 360 Cart is a pump and filter combination unit that removes, protects and prevents rust within cooling passages, heat exchangers and water lines. The built-in filter function keeps the solution at peak performance for optimal reusability. The product is ideal for cleaning rust out of hard-to-reach internal channels, has no rubber seals/components for chemicals to break down, and runs off compressed air with no electrical connections needed.
