Hasco America’s Push-Lok system, which is said to guarantee fast and secure connection of heating and cooling circuits, has been supplemented by further high-quality hose variants, offering customized heating/cooling system configurations.
Push-Lok hoses were developed specifically for easier assembly. Offered in blue and red, Hasco says they provide clear inlet and outlet line recognition on the injection molding tool. Further, the hoses’ material blend—flexible, twist-free, kink resistant and temperature resistant from -40°C to +140°C (-40°F to 104°F)—ensures maximum service life.
The Push-Lok system also enables quick repairs to be carried out directly on the workbench; supplementary accessories such as hose clips and crimps, are no longer necessary. Hasco notes that this means a considerable reduction in both time and costs. An end-point marked via the identification ring aids in reliable mounting of the hose on the coupling.
In addition to hoses, the system includes shut-off couplings with or without a valve in a 45° or 90° design, as well as hose extension nipples for lengthening hoses and a new multi-coupling system.
