High-Performance Cartridge Heaters Offered With Longer Connecting Cable
Electric cartridge heaters from Hasco are now provided with 1,000-mm cable lengths.
Hasco’s electrical cartridge heaters Z110/ with high specific heating capacity, now available with a longer connecting cable of 1,000 mm, are suitable for a variety of applications. Cartridge heaters are primarily used to bring injection molding tools and machine components to operating temperature and keep them there.
The distinctive structure and high compaction ensure very high surface load of the cartridge heaters, and thus the accommodation of high power in an exceedingly small area.
The cylindrical ground Cr-Ni steel housing, with the gas-tight welded base, allows an operating temperature of up to 700°C. The nickel connecting cable has a silicone-impregnated glass filament insulation and is immediately available in a length of 1,000 mm for all dimensions.
