Euroheaters USA’s modular hot runner temperature controllers enable users to maintain a constant, desired temperature. Heating channel temperature is primarily detected with the use of an intelligent chip which has three normal, manual and stand-by working modes.
Temperature can be measured in several ways. For proportional integral derivative (PID) control, through the ratio of output current and reflected by regulation and control, the relative parameters have the proportion of the phase, the integral time and the derived time. Alternately, for the control proportional integral double derivative (PIDD), through the control of the “phase angle,” the relative parameters have the proportion of the phase, the integral time and the derivative time. Finally, self regulation analyzes
the condenser or hot cell and the thermal constant of the coatings, with hydraulics and latent exothermicity. In this way, users are said to be able to control precise temperatures from environmental variations.
According to Euroheater, the output mode can vary depending on the environment between PWM mode and SSR mode.
