3D Graphite and Machining, in association with Advanced Micron Tool LLC, introduces the Heli-Beast, a new concept in CVD end mills designed for the machining of graphite and other non-ferrous materials. With the product’s proprietary geometry and perfect balance, it reduces tool vibration to improve surface finishes and increase tool life. As a roughing tool, its patented geometry enables the user to increase chip load for faster roughing operations, without harming the integrity of the part being machined. Manufactured in the U.S.A., it is available in flat, ball and radius tools.
