Big Daishowa Inc. expands its lineup of Fullcut Mill FCM tools to include larger diameters and additional lengths. The Big-Plus BBT series now offers a 63 mm diameter cutter in addition to the 25 and 32 mm diameter series which now have an extended length up to 105 mm.
The company says its customers are able to experience high-efficiency machining capabilities with the series’ integrated structure and low cutting resistance. These products are said to optimize performance for grooving and shoulder milling, which can offer a maximum depth of cut nearly four times more efficiently than conventional arbor-type cutters, according to Big Daishowa.
