The family-run company, which offers full-service engraving, polishing and texturing for injection molds, thermoforming, tool steel and blow molding molds marked its 100-year anniversary on March 24, 2022.
March 24, 2022 marks the 100-year anniversary of Wisconsin Engraving, a family-run company offering full-service engraving, polishing and texturing for injection molds, thermoforming, tool steel and blow molding molds. The company says its goal is to maintain a position of leadership in the industrial engraving and texturing industry, continually monitoring and improving the quality of its services.
In addition to its anniversary, Wisconsin Engraving changed ownership in November 2021 to Pete Kambouris, the former vice president of the company. Prior to 2021, the co-owners of Wisconsin Engraving were Chris Kambouris, Pete’s father and Bob Held. Both Chris and Bob have stayed on to help facilitate the transition. Pete had been working at Wisconsin Engraving full-time since he graduated in 2001, and he has played an active part for many manufacturing associations, including the Tool, Die & Machining Association of Wisconsin (TDMAW), the Society of Plastics Engineers (SPE) and the American Mold Builders Association (AMBA). Pete assumed leadership roles within the organization from sales manager to vice president, and now to president/owner.
Kambouris says, “Our commitment to customer service will always remain the same, and we’ll continue to utilize all available technologies to give the customer the best product possible.”
