Sodick Announces Completion of New Headquarters Building
Northern Builders Inc. completed the building for Sodick Inc. It incorporates Feng Shui and is highly visible from I-90 in Chicago, Illinois.
Northern Builders Inc. completed a 40,231-square-foot corporate headquarters for Sodick, Inc. This new development incorporates Feng Shui and green building design features as well as an equipment showroom with floor-to-ceiling glass, high-end corporate office space, training rooms and engineering facilities for EDM machine testing.
The building is located at 601 Commerce Street within the Woodfield Business Center. According to Sodick, the property boasts high-profile exposure along I-90 with close proximity to O’Hare International Airport. A Class 6B real estate tax incentive was obtained for this project and Northern Builders completed the project in less than five months.
David Haigh, John Cash and Tak O’Haru of NAI Hiffman/White Cube represented Sodick, Inc. Michael Magliano and Al Caruana of Cushman & Wakefield represented Avanti Property Group on the land sale.
