Gardner Business Media and Plastics Technology magazine announce that registration is officially open for the 2022 Molding Conference. The conference, an education-focused event that will feature sessions from industry leaders and unique networking opportunities, will take place on November 8-10, 2022 at the Charlotte Convention Center in Charlotte, North Carolina.

“The Molding Conference is a cornerstone event for injection molders, and it’s certainly an event we’re proud to organize,” says Jim Callari, editorial director of Plastics Technology. “Injection molding is constantly evolving, and shops are constantly improving their techniques and technologies. We’re proud to provide a yearly opportunity for the community to engage with and learn from the highly talented minds of the injection molding industry.”

“After a complicated couple of years of events due to COVID, we’re so excited to be producing a top-notch conference for the injection molding community,” says Allison Kline Miller, chief events officer for Gardner Business Media. “It’s always exciting to co-locate events that add so much value for attendees, and especially in a fairly new location for us like Charlotte. We do conferences very well and we’re looking forward to bringing a great event to the larger plastics community in the fall.”

The Molding Conference will be co-located with the inaugural MoldMaking Conference, an event focused on providing high-quality education sessions to the mold manufacturing community. Attendees of both conferences will be able to attend sessions at either conference at no additional cost, providing a unique value to attendees with a potential interest in both industries.

A full lineup of education sessions will be available in the Molding Registration Brochure, which will be sent along with the September issues of Plastics Technology magazine, as well as posted on the event’s website, MoldingConference.com. Molding will also feature a special networking reception at the world-famous NASCAR Hall Of Fame.

Early bird pricing for the event is $995. Registering after the early bird deadline of October 7th will cost $1,195. Group discounts are available to shops or facilities with 3 or more employees registering to attend. If you are seeking a group discount, contact Brittany Belko at bbelko@gardnerweb.com.
