Well, isn’t that a headline most shops are familiar with today? Many mold builders I visit and speak with are looking for qualified, motivated sales people just as much as they are looking for qualified, motivated labor for the engineering department and shop floor. 

Believe it or not, this challenge also extends to the technology suppliers who sell into the mold manufacturing marketplace. In order to educate mold builders and equip them with the appropriate technology or service they also need qualified, motivated sales people.
