Rowe earned an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in organizational management from Bluffton University in Bluffton, Ohio. Additionally, he completed an associate’s degree in mechanical engineering technology, as well as CNC certification, at Edison Community College in Piqua, Ohio. For more than 17 years, he has taught at Edison Community College in the school’s engineering/manufacturing department.

Michael Skerjance attended Central Michigan University in Mount Pleasant, Michigan, where he studied business entrepreneurship, sales, and marketing. He worked for an automotive prototype supplier for the past four years, during which time he gained experience operating CNC machinery. His background also includes seven years of account management with various companies.

“My position affords me the opportunity to apply my manufacturing knowledge in service of our customers, who face a unique array of challenges that continue to evolve,” Skerjance said. “It’s great to be part of a team that’s dedicated to helping our customers become as successful as we know they can be.”
