Amerimold’s full lineup of educational events to take place at this year’s event has been announced.
Amerimold announced the full lineup of educational events to take place at this year’s event. The 2019 edition will take place June 12-13 at the Donald E. Stephens Center in Rosemont, Illinois.
For the first time ever, Amerimold will welcome two exciting workshops to the show, giving attendees the chance to take a deep dive into select aspects of the industry. On June 12th, the inaugural Medical Injection Molding workshop will take place, providing injection molders a focused update on key aspects of medical molding. The following day, the event will host The Additive Manufacturing for Plastics workshop, an immersive experience focused on emerging technologies in 3D printing for plastic production. The cost to attend one of these workshops is $295, or $525 to attend both, if you sign up before the expiration of the early-bird deadline on May 1st. After May 1st, the price will rise to $395 for an individual workshop or $625 for the pair.
On Wednesday, June 12th, Amerimold will also host Developing Talent From Within, a free workshop to all attendees focusing on talent development in the moldmaking industry. The workshop will be run by Kylee Carbone, director of talent development at Westminster Tool.
All of these events take place in addition to the show’s schedule of free Tech Talks and in-booth demos taking place on the show floor throughout both days of the show. The schedule for these events can be found at on the event website.
Amerimold connects more than 3,000 of the top owners, executives and engineers involved in the complete lifecycle of the design, manufacture and maintenance of a mold. The event includes an exhibit hall, a collection of Tech Talks and various production sourcing events.
