Degreaser Tackles Tough Industrial Cleaning Applications

Chemical formulator Madison Chemical introduces ProClean Degreaser, a liquid, moderately alkaline, multipurpose detergent for general purpose cleaning and degreasing in challenging industrial and manufacturing environments. It is ideal for manual cleaning of machinery and equipment, amongst other things, including plastic injection molds.

Extended mold plate range increases customer flexibility

Hasco announces the expansion of its mold plate range to around 2,000 variants of undrilled P-plates and drilled K-plates, promoting standardization as well as increasing the flexibility requirements of modern moldmaking. Hascos says its plates offer an optimal combination of simplicity, precision and availability, achieving cost-effectiveness.

Solid Carbide Cutter Mills Aluminum

Walter USA has unveiled its new MC166 Advance solid carbide milling cutter, which is suitable for all industrial sectors that machine aluminum, copper, brass, bronze and magnesium-based alloys. Aluminum tooling is often used as a low-cost alternative to steel tooling for lower production quantities, making this product applicable for some moldmakers.
