Valeria Magadan, a 2021 Honoree , has been making waves at M.R. Mold. Once recognized for her potential, she's now proving her mettle in the molding department. Meanwhile, Brian Goda, a 2018 honoree , continues to innovate in mold design at Aptiv.

Valeria's growth since her recognition has been nothing short of impressive. With each molding process, she develops her confidence blooms. Her inquisitive nature and attention to detail are propelling her towards becoming a top-notch LSR processor. As one colleague put it, "She's on her way to being the real deal."
Brian's Continued Commitment to Moldmaking
Brian's journey since his 2018 recognition exemplifies the dynamic nature of the moldmaking industry. As a tooling design engineer at Aptiv, he's been working with automotive connection systems, collaborating with global tooling suppliers across various technologies.
"I've been fortunate enough to be involved in developing intellectual property, traveling to solve tooling/manufacturing issues, learning different molding technologies and supporting the design and build of our catalog of components," Brian says.
