Dynamic Tool Corporation’s highlights its Dynamic Development Center to provide a platform that avoids disruptions to critical production manufacturing resources. The facility is resourced to scientifically sample and validate injection molds and is sized and equipped to support the complete development of turnkey manufacturing systems.

The Dynamic Development Center has the auxiliary infrastructure to support validation events such as automation integration and debug, 15-ton overhead material handling system services for all machinery, multiple screw and barrel sizes and ancillary equipment availability such as servo and hydraulic control units and vacuum systems. 

Additionally the facility supports all presses multishot capabilities, private customer offices and conference rooms as well as plastic part metrololgy.

The facility offers eight plastic injection molding machines, ranging from 22 to 900-ton that have been retrofitted for adaptability. The company says strategically placed, custom-built manifold systems will be in-house at every press, enabling optimized, flexible and efficient power, water and air connectivity.
