2. Full-time First Shift CNC Programmer
• Write and optimize CNC programs to create complex parts on 3 and 4 axis vertical machining centers using CAM software
• Develop workholding and select cutting tools
• Create and compile necessary documents to aid setting up machines
• Integrate work with Engineering, Production, Purchasing, and Scheduling to ensure a smooth flow of quality products through the factory
• Work to deadlines
Job Requirements
• Five years experience writing CNC programs in a machining/tooling environment
• Demonstrates proficiency with CAD (solid modeling) and CAM software
• Experience in using SolidWorks a plus
• Demonstrates a professional and positive attitude as well as a passion for continuous improvement
• Demonstrates strong time management skills with the ability to effectively coordinate multiple projects
3. Injection Moldmaker
Full-time position; Required Experience and Qualifications include, but are not limited to:
• Maintain and improve existing production and prototype molds
• Build new injection molds
• Perform preventative maintenance to molds when needed.
• Develop and implements ideas that are efficient, cost effective and quality orientated that are necessary to accomplish the job at hand.
Skills/Experience:
• 2 years technical or trade school
• 2+ years' experience in a shop environment
• Skilled in the use of all machining equipment (mills, lathes, surface grinders)
• Strong problem solving and troubleshooting skills
• Have the ability to multi-task

4. Injection Molding Processor / Sample Technician
Vista Technologies is looking for a processor/technician with a minimum of five years experience for setting up injection molds and production control in accordance with schedule and set-up requirements.
This is a full-time position.
Job Responsibilities:
• Sets up molds and process injection molding machines.
• Organizes/sets up workstations in manufacturing areas as required.
• Troubleshoot plastic injection mold and start-up activities.
• Assists in conducting mold tool trials.
• Keeps mold racks, fixture racks and support equipment storage areas clean and orderly.
• Instructs machine operators and assemblers on correct and safe operations of machines and auxiliary equipment.
• Works on set-up productivity improvement projects.
Skills & Requirements:
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding equipment, plastics resins and molds.
• Knowledge of set-up and tear-down procedures of molds.

5. Injection Mold Designer
Vista Technologies LLC (www.vistatek.com) is currently looking for a strong Tooling Engineer who will be responsible for managing the design, development and implementation of molds / tooling required to support the development of new products and existing products. You will be responsible for producing 3D models of mold frames, mold cavity, core inserts and components necessary for the production of product.
In this position you will be communicating with the project managers, customers, sales, and co-workers to collect relevant project information for the design of the product, coordinate activities, and disseminate information as needed.
Management in working with suppliers to procure required mold tooling to support new and existing production requirements and will investigate & implement industry best practices in mold design / construction and validation.
Job Requirements:
Five years experience in injection mold design; Toolmaking background
Expertise in materials, tolerances, and design requirements of injection mold projects
Experience in the manufacturing of injection molds Working knowledge of Solidworks
6. Quality/Inspection Technician
Job Responsibilities
• Organizes/sets-up final shipping of product and quality documentation.
• Verifies received goods meet quality requirements
• Assist mold technicians in troubleshooting plastic injection mold and start-up activities for quality.
• Keeps mold racks, fixture racks and support equipment storage areas clean and orderly.
• PPAP Inspection on parts where required by customer and organizing processor inspection data.
• Organization of gold samples.
• Organization and maintenance of paperwork and resins for injection molding.
• Responsibility to keep all quality instruments in good working condition and certified.
Skills & Requirements:
• Worked with inspection equipment (Optical Comparator and CMM)
• Work within an ISO, UL and ITAR environment
• Performed PPAP’s and first article inspections
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding equipment, plastics resins and molds.
• Five years of experience preferred
• Ability to read/understand work instructions and do basic math.
• Good interpersonal skills.
