In addition to mold base manufacturing capabilities, Superior Die Set Corporation (Oak Creek, WI) will feature its line of “MUD” styled insert tooling; Glide-Rite™ ejector pins that have a special lubricant-retaining coating and are available to 40” lengths and compliment the company’s standard inch, metric and oversize ejector pins; thin-walled Glide-Sleeves™ longer than anything currently on the market; Return-Rite™ mold springs; and, two new Exaflow® tunnel gate options: one with 270-degree runner to gate travel allowing for more complete gate concealment and one allowing for shot size to 1200 grams or three times the volume previously available.
