MFG.com launches an updated technology platform that makes it easy for professionals to find the right suppliers and manufacturers and reach new customers. This platform is used by approximately 26,000 parts manufacturers and 75,000 buyers and engineers to conduct business.
Features include an advanced search enables users to filter suppliers by geography, capabilities, certifications and other criteria. The platform has the ability to create and post RFQs, post peer ratings and reviews to help buyers choose suppliers, and a Net Promoter Scoring (NPS) feature that enables suppliers to measure customer loyalty. SEO-optimized profile pages enable suppliers to be more easily discovered by buyers. The platform also offers easy navigation and in-application messaging to enable communication between users.
