Matsuura Machinery USA Announces New Personnel Appointments
Shannon Collett is named Matsuura LUMEX Administrator and Cassandra Yanke is promoted to Logistics and Project Manager.
Matsuura Machinery USA Inc. (St. Paul, Minnesota) announces the selection of Shannon Collett as the company’s Matsuura LUMEX Administrator and the promotion of Cassandra Yanke to Logistics and Project Manager.
Collett, who graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Stout with a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology, has extensive experience in inventory control, accounting, finance and customer relations, according to Tom Houle, director, Matsuura LUMEX, NA. “Her proficiency will help us more efficiently manage our Additive Manufacturing Center operations, maintain accurate accounting of our material usage and manage our inventory of Consumable Tooling,” he says.
Yanke, in her new role, will maintain responsibility for ensuring the availability of Matsuura machinery for the U.S. market and will continue to optimize the company’s supply chain by closely managing the logistics process. Additionally, she will facilitate the exchange of machine orders from the initial sale to customer delivery, closely aligning with the company’s sales and technical departments and serving as the liaison between shipping and receiving vendors.
Yanke recently celebrated 5 years of service with Matsuura USA, where she previously served as Logistics Manager and Contract Administrator. She has also held positions in accounting. She earned a Bachelor of Science degree from the Minnesota School of Business.
