Matsuura Machinery Appoints National Sales Manager

In April 2021, Matsuura Machinery USA Inc. (St. Paul, Minnesota) an innovator in the design, development and manufacture of high-precision manufacturing solutions, announced the appointment of Billy Bogue to the newly created role of national sales manager. With a career spanning more than 35 years, Bogue brings senior-level leadership experience and a proven track record in the machine tool industry.

In this new position, established in response to surging demand for Matsuura’s five-axis unmanned automation solutions, Bogue will reportedly lead the development and implementation of Matsuura’s sales and growth strategy. He will also collaborate and work in partnership with product management, engineering and marketing to define and execute Matsuura’s sales objectives.

“Billy’s comprehensive industry experience will build upon our successful relationships with distribution partners. His sales acumen will enable us to utilize opportunities in existing markets, strengthen current relationships and create new ones,” says David Hudson, vice president of sales and marketing.

In addition to his broad professional experience, Bogue holds a Master of Business Administration degree from Saint Leo University and a Bachelor of Science in business administration from Columbia College.
