Hi-Tech Announces Changes to Executive Team
Hi-Tech appoints a new president and COO to its executive team.
Hi-Tech Mold & Engineering (Hi-Tech), a moldmaker for the plastics and tooling industries, announced it has made several changes within its leadership team. Shaun Karn was named president and Paul Glowicki was named COO.
As president, Karn leads the organization and is responsible for establishing and implementing the company’s strategic plan, which guides the overall direction of the business. Additionally, he works to ensure that the company’s vision, mission and objectives, established by the board of directors and executive team, are achieved. Karn joined Hi-Tech in 2006 and most recently was executive vice president and CFO. Karn received a Bachelor of Accounting from the University of Dayton and is a licensed CPA.
Glowicki has worked for Hi-Tech for more than 25 years. His career at the company started as a co-op student progressing to vice president of engineering. Now as COO, Glowicki leads the day-to-day operations, engineering and commercial activities as well as drives innovation and efficiency throughout the overall organization. Additionally, he is responsible for instilling the company’s core values—safety, customer focus, quality, dedication and accountability—within the Hi-Tech team.
