In five years Ben sees himself handling mold design on his own, while gaining a better understanding of how to utilize CFD analysis for mold troubleshooting.
He believes his greatest assets to Westminster are his openmindedness, courage to pursue something new and calm composure, which comes in handy during challenging situations.

Meet Debbie Freligh. This financial advisor turned master molder sees herself working at Westminster Tool as the VP of Operations, Plastics in the next five years and expects to be working toward her Masters in Plastics Engineering as well.
Debbie Freligh has an AS in Engineering Science, a Master Molder I, a Quality Management Certificate, numerous plastics CE seminars, a Master Molder II and a BSME from the University of Hartford is in progress.
