To find out you have to participate! Plante Moran has just launched the 2013 edition of its North American Plastics Industry Survey, which examines the best practices and characteristics that shape the success of North American plastics processors. Participate and then see how you compare.
Plante Moran says that if you’re new to the survey or haven’t participated in recent years, now is the time to join your industry peers in this valuable benchmarking exercise. Based on roundtable discussions they held earlier this year with previous participants and industry leaders, they made some important changes to this year’s survey, including:
• Streamlined questions to evaluate financial, operational, sales and marketing, and human resources performance
• New metrics on organizational value proposition
• Deeper assessment of sales and marketing activities
• Robust embedded edit checks to assist with preparation and provide immediate insight on key performance metrics
• Report updated twice per year to provide faster response time and more current data
You can participate now by completing the questionnaire (Microsoft Excel). Only companies that complete the survey receive the exclusive benchmarking report (see what’s included) comparing their performance against their industry peers.
