Tooling technology company DME offers its capabilities to assist customers in selecting the correct melt delivery systems, mold configurations and thermal (cooling) systems to ensure parts perform in fit, form and function. The company highlights a couple of its innovations, including servomold unscrewing devices and smartONE hot runner systems.
DME’s advanced servomold unscrewing devices enable torque and speed control throughout the molding process, providing users with a complete gear-driven system. These components drive precision, repeatability, reliability and durability and come standard.
The SmartONE system is the next evolution in DME’s long line of hot runner product offerings. SmartONE combines the best of DME’s legacy systems with today’s hot runner technology. Available in thermal and valve gate configurations, six flow paths and several gate options, the modular SmartONE is said to be a flexible and competent system that supports a wide range of resins, including many complex-engineered resins. Service and component availability is offered in North America, Europe and Asia.
