Westfall Technik Inc. acquires Precision Injection Molding Company and welcomes two of its leaders to the Westfall team.
Westfall Technik Inc. acquires Precision Injection Molding Company (PIMCO) and welcomes two of its leaders, Steve Crawford and Scott Rose, to the Westfall team. PIMCO offers a high-touch approach to solving problems combined with direct, senior-level attention and focus.
PIMCO produces a range of injection molded plastic parts for various markets including medical, telecommunication, consumer durables and light industrials. The company is said to excel at molding complex parts that its customers can’t produce in-house. This will add to Westfall’s technical injection molding capabilities for OEMs looking to outsource challenging applications for quality assurance and cost-effectiveness.
The acquisition of PIMCO continues Westfall Technik’s growth strategy, focused on building the plastic industry’s comprehensive and vertically integrated solution provider.
