Tebis America Inc. Announces New Managerial Positions
Tebis America has announced new management positions for its North America operation.
Tebis America, a leading software company specializing in CAD/CAM and MES systems for design and manufacturing — servicing the tool, die, mold, aerospace and automotive manufacturing industries, has announced new management positions for its North America operation.
John Kowalczyk has been named president and will be responsible for the company’s overall strategic efforts in sales, marketing and technical support. Kowalczyk has held senior roles at software companies providing CAD/CAM solutions and has 30 years of experience with various applications as well as an extensive CNC machining background. He has been at Tebis for nine years and most recently was Senior Manager, Global Strategic Accounts.
Julie Crowe has been appointed chief financial officer, responsible for the company’s financial administration. Crowe has 18 years of accounting experience in manufacturing and automotive industries. She joined Tebis in 2019 as finance manager and controller. Crowe holds an MBA and bachelor’s degree in Accountancy from Walsh College.
The announcement was made by Gerardo Mueller, director of international sales, who will remain in the position as vice president.
“I am confident in John and Julie’s leadership as a team to meet all requirements to continue the strengths of Tebis America and to develop new business opportunities in the future,” Mueller says.
