Mazak Certifies Royal Products for VIP Technology Partnership Program
Mazak has announced the certification of Royal Products, a leading manufacturer of metalworkingperformance accessories, as the newest member of its Value Inspired Partners (VIP) program.
Mazak’s VIP program represents a team of technology partners designed to provide customers with total manufacturing solutions. Collaborating on R&D and integration efforts, the VIP program fosters ahigh level of cooperation and technological integration that moves well beyond individual pieces of equipment. Stemming from Mazak’s commitment to meet the need for more comprehensive solutions, the VIP program brings together producers of complementary manufacturing technology to create more innovative products and processes. The program also fuels development of comprehensivetraining solutions for manufacturers across all market segments.

Benefitting Mazak machine users, Royal Products manufactures two basic styles of CNC collet chucks that provide simple, low-cost methods for utilizing collets on all CNC lathes and turning centers. Its Quick-Grip models offer a wide gripping range, ten-second collet changes, and are extremely short for maximum Z-axis travel, while the company’s Low-Profile models use conventional spring-type collets and are optimized for maximum tool clearance and rigidity.
Mazak launched its VIP program in August 2010, and has continued to add certified members since then.
