Cavalier Tool and Manufacturing is increasing its business development team. The recent addition of two new sales representatives is part of its strategic planning to deliver top level tools and service to customers.

“We don’t accept that a recession, or I guess now a pandemic, will hold us back,” says Cavalier president Brian Bendig. “People, process and equipment aren’t just words on our website. We invest in each of these areas and we are always planning how to increase our global footprint.”

Bendig says Cavalier is grateful to long term, loyal customers who have trusted Cavalier to deliver on promises year over year. “We take pride in our work as do our staff and we have added two dynamic and high energy people who first and foremost believe in what we do.”

One sales rep will be based in Windsor, Ontario and the other is the new Director of Business Development for Latin America.

Windsor-based David Genik will increase visibility in Eastern Canada and northeastern USA. Genik received his degree in Marketing from the University of Windsor. His diverse background includes economic development, food, solar and mold industry experience.

Ricardo Novales Vargas, based in Mexico City, Mexico will focus on Latin America. Vargas received his MBA from the prestigious IPADE business school of Pan-American University, and has over 20 years of experience, primarily in the plastics industry,

We are very proud of our #CavalierArmy, says Bendig. “Our staff are the ones that worked alongside us during what is surely one of the most difficult times- and allowed us to take advantage of opportunities created as a result of the extensive planning by our management team,” says Bendig.
