Component supplier, Nonnenman Inc. has been operating since 2005, supporting and supplying plastics, tool and moldmaking customers in the U.S., Canada and Mexico. The company says it offers an extensive selection of standard products and special solutions, including ejector pins and guide elements as well as temperature control couplings. Special parts can be customized via supplied design data.
The company reportedly stocks a diverse range of products of ejector pins, step ejectors, ejector sleeves and flat ejectors in standard dimensions. Large dimensions are available as well as hardened and nitrided versions, JIS standard or with DLC coating upon request. Individual ejectors in customized dimensions or with 3D contours manufactured according to drawings can also be obtained, the company says.
Guide elements for moldmaking are also offered, which Nonnenman says are compatible with other systems as alternative products and are available from stock in many common designs and dimensions. In addition to guide pins and guide bushings, customers can also choose from ball guides, flat guides or self-lubricating guide and sliding elements.
Nonnenman also distributes “tst” brand mono-couplings and multi-couplings, with products for water, hydraulic and pneumatic applications.
Custom-made parts according to drawings or 3D data can be produced by Nonnenman via turning, milling, cylindrical grinding, surface grinding, wire and die-sinking EDM. Among other things, the company is able to manufacture mold inserts, cores, sleeves and threaded spindles or thermal insulation plates. Furthermore, the company is also active in the field of additive manufacturing (AM) and has manufacturing capabilities in metal 3D printing.
