Holding company, New Teams, will continue to provide its services and lead the charge of its day-to-day operations, while Graham Partners provide operational resources and financial backing.
It was announced on Nov. 2 that Minnesota-based New Team LLC, the holding company of Teamvantage, Custom Mold & Design (CMD) and Paradigme Engineering, have been acquired by private investment firm Graham Partners, Inc. (Newton Square, Penn., U.S.).
According to New Team, the company will continue to provide its service brand, supported by the latest advancements in technology and equipment, and its existing management teams will continue to lead the charge for all day-to-day operations. Graham Partners will provide operational resources and financial backing to foster the company’s strong growth trajectory as New Team continues to build the business into a premier, vertically integrated manufacturing solution.

Teamvantage is a full-service contract manufacturer offering expertise in plastic injection molding, micro-molding, silicone molding, machining (metals, plastics, etc.), mold design and fabrication, assembly, testing, decorating, packaging and more.
