RJG released its first quarter training schedule of classes for February through April. The company focuses on participant-centered learning. According to research, 80% of lecture-based learning is forgotten within 24 hours. Therefore, the company has developed its teaching techniques to create a more effective training course.
Many employers also now use RJG’s training program to fast-track mechanically inclined, motivated entry-level personnel into higher level technical positions, thus saving recruitment time and money.
