Employment Opportunity: Regional Sales Manager, Meusburger US Inc.

Meusburger US Inc. has an opening for a full-time Regional Sales Manager position with a preferred base in Charlotte, North Carolina; other base locations in the southeast are also an option. The Sales Manager is responsible for providing qualified advice and intensive support for Meusburger’s existing customers, and potential new customers, with routine travel to the southeastern U.S. The qualified candidate will also be responsible for managing and developing the southeastern territory. Maintaining a good relationship with the company’s customers is extremely important.

Meusburger’s Sales Managers are an essential part of the team. On the frontlines, they are the representation of the company to customers. In addition, Meusburgers’ Sales Managers are team players who communicate daily with their colleagues in the internal sales department, and works to support the growing U.S. market.

Responsibilities include:

• Price negotiations with customers
• Acquisition of new customers
• Schedule visits with customers, and plan itinerary independently
• Enter data into CRM after each sales call, and maintain updates accordingly
• Attend trade fairs and conferences
• Expands product knowledge through internal training
• Meet the targets and objectives of corporate strategy
• Maintain and grow the region for sales and market share perspective

Job requirements include:

• Previous experience in the injection moldmaking industry and die set products
• Previous experience in hot runner systems is preferred
• Experience with global companies
• Industry awareness
• Experience with CRM
• Disciplined work ethic
• Bilingual preferred (Spanish and/or German, in addition to English)
• Technical knowledge is preferred
• Willingness to travel
  • Will travel to Austria and/or Mexico for training, and sales meetings
• Must have excellent written and verbal communication
• Team-player behavior and a mind-set for growth
