2 What are your top 3 best technology investments/recommendations, and why?

Additive manufacturing (Renishaw), five-axis machines (Fidia) and robotics in our molding department.

3 What is your latest process improvement?

Our porous parameter sets to print porous parts such as a venting tool for molds and inserts.

4 How do you measure success/metrics?

If people are willing to buy what you're selling, I believe that makes your process successful. Success a lightbulb go off with a customer when you present a new technology or process option like additive manufacturing.

5 How do you stay competitive/take advantage of new business opportunities?

By doing your best to stay on the cutting edge with technology and then being transparent and honest about the limitations and benefits.
