CIMCOOL Fluid Technology, offering some of the most technologically-advanced fluids available for use in industrial operations, has created CIMTECH 609®, an innovative hybrid developed for superior grinding performance and excellent machining ability. Designed for moderate to heavy-duty operations, CIMTECH 609 is an ideal metalworking fluid concentrate for most aluminum alloys, titanium, exotic alloys, cast iron, carbon steels, high speed steel, high alloy steels and stainless steels, and is applicable for some stamping and drawing operations.
CIMTECH 609 offers excellent lubricity with a grinding ratio that exceeds that of most chlorinated soluble oils, without using chlorinated extreme pressure additives, and is proven for bearing, valve stem and other difficult grinding operations with close tolerance requirements. It can also be used to form tap most aluminums, has excellent drawability, and—with its biological protection—can be considered for use in recirculating systems. CIMTECH 609 also offers excellent cleanliness; minimal residue; and excellent microbial control for long sump life. Its specialized corrosion inhibitors allow for the use of this product on both ferrous and most non-ferrous applications and it is compatible with titanium and other exotic alloys. CIMTECH 609 is also operator friendly, with no smoke; low misting; and no slippery film on parts, machinery or floor.
All CIMCOOL products are backed by the company’s “no-hassle” performance guarantee and free trial assurance.
