Standardized Mold Bases, Hot Runner Systems, Tech Support
At the K Show Meusburger focuses on its specialization in standardized mold bases, standard and customized hot runner systems and the intuitive design of its online website.
At this year’s K Show, Meusburger focuses on its standardized mold bases. The standard parts manufacturer will also present its extensive range for injection molders and its standardized and customized solutions for hot runner systems. A special highlight will be the Engel injection molding machine, where visitors can watch a bread box being produced.
Meusburger says it offers over 96,000 high-quality, functional items that are immediately available from stock. The company also has an area on its website especially for injection molders, which provides optimal support for customers navigating the wide product range.
At its booth, Meusburger is presenting visitors with its hot runner systems range —standard and customized solutions. From the engineering and design phase to commissioning through to maintenance, Meusburger customers are said to be supported throughout the entire process and receive feedback within 24 hours in every phase of the project.
In addition to an injection molding machine, the newly designed stand also features an area for designers where functions of the Meusburger online world are presented. Visitors have the opportunity, for example, to take a look at the wizards and configurators for mold bases, which make it possible to assemble compatible plates, calculate the corresponding components and export the CAD data
Meusburger has over 55 years of experience with complicated applications and their requirements, including physical properties, materials, functional integration, surface quality and complicated designs.
The K Show runs October 19-26, 2022 in Düsseldorf, Germany.
