PCS Company Reveals Personnel Changes
Kelly Beauchamp joins the product marketing team as a product manager, and Ken Berger is appointed to application engineer.
PCS Company announces two recent personnel appointments. Kelly Beauchamp has been promoted to product manager, and Ken Berger has been appointed to application engineer.
Beauchamp is a 7-year veteran at PCS in inside sales/customer service management. Beauchamp is joining the product marketing department as a product manager. She will be working with all PCS products, primarily contributing to new product launches. In addition, she will manage training programs for both internal personnel and external customers.
Prior to joining PCS, Kelly worked for many years at DME Company in a variety of sales, marketing and customer support roles. She has a lot of experience in products for the injection molding and moldmaking industries.
In addition to Beauchamp’s promotion, PCS is also appointing Ken Berger to application engineer. Berger will work with product managers and both outside and inside sales representatives to help bring new products to the market. Part of Berger’s responsbility is also to visit customers directly to diagnose and solve molding application challenges and conduct product demonstrations and instructional webinars. He will also train both inside and outside sales personnel to understand all PCS product lines to help them with making product recommendations to customers.
Previously, Ken was president of Molders Choice, a company founded in 1995 that designed and distributed supplies and solutions to the injection molding industry. Molders Choice was acquired by PCS Company in 2021.
