Mazak Corporation announces that it will host its first Discover More with Mazak technology and education event of the year at the Midwest Technology Center in Schaumburg, Illinois, on May 5-6, 2020. Featuring the midwestern debut of several machine tools, the show will also highlight the North American debut of the all-new Variaxis C-600, a full simultaneous five-axis multi-tasking machining center featuring a flexible, automation-ready design and the new Mazatrol SmoothAi CNC.
As part of the Discover More with Mazak series of technology and education events, visitors to the Midwest Technology Center will have the opportunity to see more than Mazak technology in action. In addition to interactive presentations and opportunities to discuss how the company can help customers reach their goals, attendees also will have the chance to discuss their specific machining challenges with Mazak applications experts and to learn more about how the company partners with its customers.
Visitors will also find out more about how Mazak delivers new and innovative manufacturing solutions to tackle the toughest machining challenges. The event will allow attendees to experience the capabilities of 20 advanced Mazak turning, vertical, five-axis and multi-tasking machines, including high-quality equipment manufactured in the company’s Florence, Kentucky-based North American headquarters as well as the midwest premiere of nine advanced machine tools.
